Concerned Tanner

My mom and dad have been sick with a vicious head cold this past week, and it's all thanks to my kids who shared their runny nose germs with them.  Yesterday my mom called to chat and Tanner wanted to say hello.  So he gets on the phone with her and they start talking.  I tell Tanner that grandma is sick and that she doesn't feel well.  Tanner understands what "not feeling well" means, but what he said next shocked my mom and I.  He tells her that we're going to bring her chicken soup so that she'll feel better and that we'll be right over.  Where does he come up with these things?  I didn't once coach him on what to say or how.  He just came up with that all on his own.  Needless to say he made my mom's day!  He really does get concerned when you're not feeling 100%.  I do love that kid!!
